The e-tickets in China are offered by most of the major China airlines, the e-tickets work the same way as paper tickets. Usually you will be received a PNR (A.K.A. Passenger Name Record) number in the confirmation e-mail, use this PNR number as well as your passport, to obtain the boarding pass and baggage tags at the airport counter.
Yes. But since Tibet Travel Permit is required by the Tibet Tourism Bureau, so, if you need a flight to Tibet, please be sure that you have the Travel Permit before you purchase the flight.

For cancellations:
- Cancellation will lose the service charge of USD5.00 net per ticket besides the cancellation fee charged by the airline.
For changes:
- We can change the booking for you for free.
- You cannot exchange a ticket from one airline to another. You may be required to pay a difference in fares, if your new flight costs more than the original.
Yes. The domestic airfare lists on our website includes the airport tax and the fuel surcharge. The total charge you need to pay will be calculated for you before you pay the small portion down payment.

We can accept your payment by 5 ways, Money Order, Personal Certified Checks, Western Union, Paypal and Wire Transfer.

1 – E-ticket
After we received the payment, we will issue the tickets, and scan the copies of the receipt and e-mail to you. However, it is not necessary to present the scan copy to the business center, as the scan copy only used as invoice. Your booking information will be stored in the airline computer system, you only need to take your passport/ ID card and PNR (Passenger Name Record) and show it to the staff of the Airline counter in the China airports and obtain the boarding pass directly.
2 – Paper ticket
If we have to issue the paper tickets for you, we will deliver the paper tickets to your hotel in China before your check-in or your oversea home, the mailing cost will take care of by the passenger.

1 – Make sure you did make payment to Wacts.com and got the receipt of the e-tickets, your record should be input into the computer system of the airways and confirmed.
2 - Usually, different airways have their own service counter at the airport, please make sure you check in at the correct one.
3 - You should check in with your passport and the PNR listed in the email we sent to you.
4 - If your booking is still un-available, please call us at 708-409-1244 (USA)or 0086-10-5129-6371 (China) immediately. We will assist you in contacting the airline company to resolve the problem for you.
Usually we suggest get to the airport at least one and half hour in advance.
Usually one and half hour is enough, but we suggest at least 2 hours in case your arrival flight postphoned.
First class: 40 kg including both checked and carry-on luggage
Business class: 30 kg including both checked and carry-on luggage
Coach class: 20 kg inclusive both checked and carry-on luggage
Infant: 10kg, only 1 piece luggage allowed, and the sum of the length, width and height of the luggage should not exceed 115 cm.

Each carry-on luggage should be smaller than: 7.8 X 15.7 X 21.6 inches
Total weight: 5kg
First class: 2 pieces of carry-on luggage allowed, total weight allow up to 10kg
Business class: 1 piece of carry-on luggage allowed, total weight allow up to 10kg
Coach class: 1 piece of carry-on luggage allowed, total weight allow up to 5kg
Wacts will inform you any change or cancellation made by the airline company in time, please check your mailbox frequently to get the latest news. In order that there is an emergency, please leave us your mobile phone available in China, or e-mail us your itinerary including your hotels, so that we can notify you the change or cancel immediately. Each airline has its own policy to handle the disruption, if you would like to change to another flight or postpone your departure date, please contact us immediately, anywhere, any time, we will seek a solution for you. Usually you do not need the re-confirm the seating with the airlines for China Internal flights, and our booking agent will also watch the status, and inform you through e-mail or phone call to inform any change in time. However, the airlines sometimes do make the changes of their travel plan without notify us, in case these situation happens, we suggest you ask anybody in China who can help you call the airlines for you before your departure time to make sure everything is in order.
