Hotel Description
The Grand Regency Hotel was the first five star hotel in Shandong province and is located near to the busiest area of Qingdao. The hotel overlooks the sea, providing a fairly peaceful environment, and is not far from any of the transportation links, less than 30 minutes from the airport by road and twenty minutes from the railway station. The hotel is not near to the main sights and city center, but is closer the airport and near to the university.
The Hotel boasts over 400 guestrooms ranging from presidential suites to standard rooms, all equipped with IDD telephone, central air-conditioning, and various other international standard facilities. The Regent Ball Room is the highlight of the hotel; the grand hall is well designed and able to hold up to 800 people. Every month, a Regent Concert is held here.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, the hotel must be informed at least 24-hours before the guest check-in time. If the cancellation is made after this time, the customer credit card will be charged for the 1st night stay. To cancel your booking, login to your account and check the box marked "Cancel Booking".
