Hotel also provide free airport shuttle bus transfer between the hotel and the Pudong airport.
All the guest rooms can use broadband internet access.
From March 19, 2010 to Dec 31, 2010, the hotel provide free Pudong airport shuttle bus service for pick-up and drop-off, available every 30 miniutes daily 05:30am - 1:30am (next morning). Bus stop at gate no.23 (between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2). On the bus printed the hotel name "Shanghai Airline Travel Hotel" in Chinese. Should you have problem, you may call 021-38489888 for immediate assistance.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, the hotel must be informed at least 24-hours before the guest check-in time. If the cancellation is made after this time, the customer credit card will be charged for the 1st night stay. To cancel your booking, login to your account and check the box marked "Cancel Booking". The Hotel will respond back by email, within 24 hours, confirming that your booking has been cancelled.
