China Tourist / Family Visit (L) Visa

Requirements:

1. Your valid & actual passport which must have at least six (6) months of remaining validity with at least one blank visa page in it. Please note that the last three pages on the U.S. passport are not visa pages and are not acceptable.

2. One completed Visa Application Form (Q1) with one passport photo (2" x 2") glued or stapled on it. Black & white or color is acceptable

3. Send a copy of Visa Notification and Work Permit or Foreign Expert's License. Your employer in China should obtain the Visa Notification and Work Permit/Foreign Expert's License for you. The Chinese visa notification issued by the authorized Chinese unit, and a Work Permit for Foreigners issued by the Chinese Labor Ministry. The Foreign Expert's License issued by the Chinese Foreign Expert Bureau.

4. The visa application form shall be filled out completely, correctly and legibly, otherwise this can cause a delay in processing or the refusal of the requested visa. Click here downlaod the application form: Visa Application Form of the People's Republic of China
